A Journey of Self Reflection

Creative mindfulness facilitates self-reflection and self-expression, while quietening the mind and generating peace. It helps to strengthen resilience and invites us to find solutions and set goals as we begin to tune into our inner voice.

In facilitating wellness programmes for individuals and groups, I have adapted my work to accommodate online sessions, and, if it is something the client feels drawn to, we can integrate this into a therapeutic session.
